Thank you for shopping with Get Scentra. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Returns & Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
In the same condition that you received it.
For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Opened or used perfumes, body mists, or personal care items.
Gift cards or sale/clearance items.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. If you need to request an exchange, please contact us at getscentra@gmail.com.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
